I offer a FREE 15 minute telephone consultation.

In this first meeting we will explore what has brought you to therapy, what you would like to achieve and how we would best work together. 

Then if it's agreed that further sessions will be helpful, we can make a plan for how to proceed including session times, length, frequency and duration.

FURTHER SESSIONS

Subsequent sessions of 50 mins are charged at the normal rate.

£65 (adults)

£50 (young people (11-18) and full time students)

The most typical outcome from an initial consultation is to start with a series of six weekly sessions. When it is time to finish it is always recommended to agree a number of ending sessions, which is typically a minimum of four sessions.
